Site Safety Plans

Site Safety Plans

Site safety plans are meticulously designed to ensure the safety of both workers and pedestrians on and near construction sites, with the goal of avoiding potential workplace hazards. These plans are divided into three categories based on the nature of the project: low-rise buildings (up to nine stories, requiring a superintendent), high-rise buildings (ten stories or more, reaching a height of 100 feet or higher), and facade projects.

The BEST Squad (Buildings Enforcement Safety Team) typically needs to approve site safety plans for high-rise buildings and façade projects. Generally, a PE stamp is not mandatory for site safety plans for low-rise buildings, but we are available to provide assistance if a PE stamp is required.
